The learners of the class of 2020 – 2021, of the Office Automation, Computer Maintenance and Office Automation and Accounting courses of the Solidarité Technologique vocational training centre have put the key under the doormat.

Indeed, this Wednesday, February 9, 2022, after 1 year of intense vocational training, about forty learners are ready for the job market.

The ceremony in a few words !

After the word of welcome, congratulations and encouragement from Mr. POUGHELA Armel, Director, the ceremony of awarding certificates of achievement began. Among other recommendations, the Director insisted on the fact that the presentation of the national exam, Diploma of Professional Qualification (DQP) or Certificate of Professional Qualification (CQP) is an imperative to seal their training and bring an added value.

The ceremony took place in the presence of relatives, friends and former learners such as Mr. Privat Michel Ntyame Nkonda, who is currently a Deputy Director at the IAI-Cameroon, PAUL BIYA Centre of Technological Excellence. All came to assist the happy recipients at this event which was meant to be festive.

To close the ceremony, Mrs. ALIMA Epse BIANGO, Departmental Delegate for Employment and Vocational Training of Mfoundi, took the floor to warn everyone on the attitude to adopt in life and in business. She insisted on the fact that “It is on your attitude that your life altitude will depend! In other words, she called on the new professionals to be more responsible, professional and rigorous.

The day was punctuated by activities and animations, in celebration of the National Day of Cameroonian Youth,

All the speakers emphasised the importance of discipline, perseverance and life skills for professional success.

As Mr ISSA TCHIROMA Bakary, Minister of Employment and Vocational Training, said so well, “The future of youth lies in vocational training”.

The ceremony was beautiful and well-watered. It ended with the sharing of a cocktail in a convivial atmosphere in the Solidarité Technologique building.

The next step for our now professionals is the release of the DQP results and the big jump into the world of employment or entrepreneurship!
